TRC Report: A Secondary School Version

This book follows the structure of the TRC report and retains as much as possible its style, except where it is considered above the level of its target audience, in which case it is simplified. To help illuminate the content of the book, a fictional cartoon story with animal characters were be written for each chapter. The theme of each story reflects the content of the chapter to which it belongs.
